OmaValmennus is a personalized service that includes individual mentoring and group meetings about working life. Meetings take place both face-to-face and remotely with a job search coach from Arffman and a mentor who speaks your language.
- Who is it for? he coaching program is intended for Ukrainians residing in the Turku region who are registered as job seekers in the Turku Employment Area. The coaching is free of charge.
- Location: The service is available in the cities of Turku, Uusikaupunki, Laitila, and Loimaa. The addresses of the regional offices can be found on the page below.
- Duration: 50 hours / 5 months
- Location: Turku area, Salo area, and online
